The Dream World

Our dreams are mini-death-experiences. Each night when we are asleep, our higher bodies or selves leave our physical body to rest and repair as it needs, and our focus moves to some of the planes close to the earth. We experience what is really a temporary death, from which we return when we wake. Our dreams are essentially a mixture of memories of that experience, and when we reconnect with our physical body after sleep, usually we retain a collection of very vivid images and thought forms from the lower astral plane. In controlled dream investigation, it is possible to link with our experiences during sleep of the higher patterns beyond the psychic junk or flotsam of the lower astral plane and to develop a rapport with that part of higher dream activity.
It is important here to mention that, at this time of accelerating change on the earth, and also in each of us, dream patterns are changing. This is because the astral or emotional plane is experiencing a great healing as we progress towards emotionally clearer life patterns. The fear-laden thought forms that have dominated us for so long are being purged and our dreams are reflecting that process. Not only are many of us are experiencing more frequent, vivid, spontaneous dream recall, but our dreams are also tending to be less metaphorical, more literal, more direct and instructive.

Astral projection!

Astral projection (or astral travel) is a paranormal interpretation of an out-of-body experience achieved either awake or via lucid dreaming or deep meditation. The concept of astral projection assumes the existence of another body, separate from the physical body and capable of traveling to non-physical planes of existence. Commonly such planes are called astral, etheric, or spiritual. Astral projection is often experienced as the spirit or astral body leaving the physical body to travel in the spirit world or astral plane. Astral projection is controversial. Skeptics say that there is only anecdotal evidence that anything actually leaves the body.
